What you need to know


Our booking window opens Sundays at 5:30 PM, reserve your rides for the week! If you can't make it, be sure to cancel 9 hours before your class to ensure you don't get penalized.

What to Wear

Comfortable clothing; we recommend light and breathable workout gear.

Think: tank top with shorts or leggings. Avoid: loose or baggy pants as they can get caught in the pedals, and heavy clothing—it is going to get hot ’n' sweaty and you’ll want to stay as cool as you can!


Stay hydrated!

We work up quite the sweat during our rides, so it is important to stay hydrated. Water is available for purchase at the front desk or you can bring your own bottle and fill it up using one of our filtered water systems.  There are two available bottle holders in each of our Stages bikes.


Arrive Early

Try and arrive 10 minutes before class so you have plenty of time to get yourself set-up and ready for the ride. We recommend new riders come even earlier (15-20 minutes) so we can give you a quick rundown on the bikes and get you setup properly.  Our Le Spin Reception team is available to safely set you up on the bike and give you a quick explanation of the bike and everything you will need to know.

WHY cyclE shoes?

  1. They offer a more secure position on the pedals enabling you to spin more efficiently

  2. They take the pressure off the soles of your feet and keep your knees aligned.

  3. With spin shoes your pedal stroke is stronger because you are able to pull up on the pedals as well as push down—therefore, you are able to target different muscle groups in the legs (quads AND hamstrings) which means you will be able to reach those high levels of resistance when you are climbing!


At Le Spin we use the standard SPD clips. our shoes are available to use free of charge.

The Ride

All group classes at Le Spin are open to ALL LEVELS. The instructor will provide variations or adaptations in the class depending on the strengths, levels and abilities of the participants. So, go at your own pace and take breaks when you need them.

Simply put: LISTEN TO YOUR BODY. And more importantly: HAVE FUN!
